Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okplays will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
okplays requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. okplays reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
okplays accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at okplays' discretion.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation. okplays reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method in such circumstances.

All transactions on the okplays Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okplays.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplays, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
okplays does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.
In no event shall okplays' total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
okplays collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at okplays.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okplays complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law, and with trusted third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform under strict data processing agreements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact okplays' customer support team to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. okplays is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
